We are a specialized digital advertising agency connecting the Digital and Real World with Creative Solutions.

We aren’t a huge agency where you’ll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium- sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.

About the role

This 2024 has come with new creative challenges that are making our creative team grow. Therefore we are assembling a strong creative team and are currently seeking a versatile Senior Creative Copywriter who is a native English speaker with a US English background. The ideal candidate should be experienced in online and offline formats and campaigns, and accustomed to working closely with Art Directors and Strategists, reporting into the Creative Director.

You would be part of the conceptualization process, thoroughly understanding the brand identity and proposing edgier ideas that convey its messages, values, and personality, for a variety of clients such us SKYN, the #1 non-latex condoms brand in the US, or Galderma, the world’s largest independent dermatology company, to support their global communication across all online and offline channels.

This position requires working from our HQ located in Barcelona.


– Interpreting creative briefs to create and present concepts for client campaigns and new business that meet strategic and business goals
– Coming up with fresh, insightful, relevant, and objective driven ideas that build the brand’s presence and personality across all channels maintaining a cohesive brand voice/identity.
– Ensuring that the upcoming ideas can be executed within established budget, timeframe and on strategy.
– Developing a unique brand TOV that will extend across all platforms. From post copy to longer form storytelling
– Writing original copy and editing content for a range of online and offline campaign assets ensuring that are on brief, to spec and on brand
– Being strategic in creating content from existing assets as well as creating from scratch
– Ensuring the completion of all projects within the given timeframe while managing different and simultaneous deadlines, prioritizing work effectively
– Collaborating effectively and receiving feedback from the Creative Director to ensure that the result meets the needs and expectations of the client and its audience
– Working together with strategy and account teams to provide creative, strategically solutions for current clients briefs and new business
– Actively participating, contributing and even leading brainstorms
– Being client facing and have strong presentation and advocacy skills
– Leading client meetings from a creative point of view
– Leading client pitches
– Alongside the Art Director, leading the team responsible for putting together client presentations, documents for pitches and other similar documents
– Expressing the vision, idea, and objectives to the production team
– Ensuring the creative team is creating content with the channel specifics in mind, good UI and cross-browser compatibility
– Understanding and coordinate all technical specifications supplied by media agencies
– Attending to video and photo shoots and oversee the storytelling
– Presenting work internally and to clients
– Talking to clients and advocate for creative concepts and campaign ideas
– Contributing strategically to the long-term vision of the brand, internally and with the client
– Staying abreast of industry and technology trends


– 5+ years of experience as a Senior Copywriter in an advertising agency (or in a similar environment)
– Portfolio with successfully launched client projects and concepts across broadcast work, digital, social, and everything in between
– Thorough familiarity with current US mainstream culture, entertainment, influencers and trends and also stay up-to-date with fashion, beauty, cosmetics, and skincare trends
– An outstanding eye for great storytelling and a passion for delivering creative work
– Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief
– Ability to deliver and present conceptual work
– Ability to deliver and present high complexity briefs working in partnership with an Art Director (both reporting to the Creative Director)
– Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and inspire the creative team to achieve outstanding results
– Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications
– Strong creativity and strategy-based communication skills
– Eager to learn and improve from new techniques and new tools, such as AI
– Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams
– US client management experience
– Strong verbal communication skills in order to speak effectively with internal teams and clients
– Collaborative spirit always open to tackle rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments, and deliver and receive feedback, all while keeping a positive and proactive attitude.
– Experience working in broadcast and branded social platforms with examples of social copywriting for those channels
– Proficiency in brand TOV
– Natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills
– Reliable in building and maintaining relationships with clients
– Problem solvers able to operate with very little oversight
– Big understanding of social media narratives and digital paid best practices


– Native English with a US English background (mandatory)
– Any other languages are a plus
